Built during TerraHacks 2024, ScanTerra combines tech and sustainability with a clean, fast interface. Using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and react-zxing for scanning, it delivers smooth barcode detection and sleek animations powered by Framer Motion. The Barcode Lookup API fetches real-world data, while AI from Anthropic crunches the numbers to rate each product’s eco-friendliness.
